To deliver high-quality registration and academic advising services to students and faculty through effective systems and procedures that support the educational process and contribute to the college’s mission, while adhering to university regulations and upholding values of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
1. Facilitate admission and registration procedures for new and continuing students efficiently and accurately.
2. Ensure the implementation of academic regulations related to registration, add/drop, withdrawal, and student transfer.
3. Provide accurate academic data to support decision-making at the academic and administrative levels.
4. Support students academically through guidance and advising on their study plans.
5. Maintain confidentiality and reliability in managing students’ academic records.
6. Continuously upgrade electronic registration systems to enhance accessibility and user experience.
7. Actively contributes to academic quality improvement by providing periodic reports and statistical analyses.
