Office of Administrative and Financial Affairs
The office supervises the proceedings of all administrative matters and the implementation of the programs of visits and parties organized by the faculty on various occasions, and the guarding of facilities and the preservation of property inside the buildings, and informing the university of the periodic and occasional needs for the necessary maintenance of facilities, equipment, and furniture, and carrying out cleaning and general service work, and supervising the café.
The office also includes several secondary units, which are classified as follows:
1- Personnel Affairs Unit.
2- Archives Unit.
3- Public Services Unit.
4- Printing Unit.
5- The Warehouse Unit.
6- The Treasury Unit.
7- The Medical Clinic.
